How To Track Your Order
Énnush delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.
For overseas shipments, our delivery time starts from the moment of completion of all payments including customs payments to be made to shipping partners, for instance DHL. Énnush does not accept any liability for any delays because of unpaid custom duties as that falls under the customer’s responsıbılıty.
Once your order has dıspatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing Orders section in your account.
